Fabric slid away from Selena’s body like a discarded secret. As she ran her fingers over the silk of the bikini Helena had gifted her, a flush of sheepishness colored her cheeks. When she had first thrown a tantrum about her father’s decisions regarding Adrian, she was just a child—a little girl lashing out at the world.
