THIRD PERSON'S POV
Mary and Jane arrived Niagna in the evening, The duchess herself came to welcome them because she really missed them.
"Where is Jane" She asked as she was refraining from hugging her daughter.
Ley just stood there mute as tears gathered in her eyes
"Where is Jane and why are there fresh scars on your body and face" She asked again
"Mary talk to me where is she" the Duchess asked again feeling restless
"Your majesty, Jane and Ley were ambushed as we were coming back. We got to Grasmere so they decided to take a stroll round Grasmere before they were attacked, Ley barely escaped but Jane couldn't make it" Mary lied in tears.
She cried because she couldn't believe that Jane is no more and they also have to lie about her death.
