"Go to your old room then and..." She paused, "Put your things down." She added, turned around and went back to what she was doing.
Jade had never felt this much confusion in her life before. What was she even expecting? That her mother would hugged her immediately and tell her how much she and the rest of the family members had missed her?

She pulled her small bag with her and took the short passageway to her room which was located at the end of it all.
She pulled the handle and realized that the door was unlocked so she pushed it open further.
