The words hit like a slap. "That's not possible."
"Why? Because you don't want it to be?" Jessica's voice turns sharp. "Look, I get it. You've been in love with him for years. But Sabrina Moore just waltzed into his life and somehow got him wrapped around her finger. Are you going to just sit there and let it happen?"
"What else can I do? He's my boss. I can't just—"
"You can do exactly what I'm about to suggest." Jessica pauses for effect. "We frame her. Make her look incompetent. Get her fired before she sinks her claws in any deeper."
