Her screams are heard from outside to which Nailah's mother, along with a group of people burst into the room. "What is going on? why did you leave her alone?" asked one of them.

"I didn't, a boy, he wanted to help and then.." said Nailah's mother in confusion as Afreen's screams continue to which they try to comfort by holding her, then as a person from the people whom arrived take out the Qur'an, Nailah's mother rushes to prevent him. "Wait, I've tried, it does much worse.." said Nailah's mother. "Pain is only temporary, if we are to free her from the hold of the demon, we must continue the recitation." said the person.

"But what if, she dies? there has to be another way." said Nailah's mother. "I wish there was, do not worry, god is with us, trust me on this." said the person as he begins to continue the recitation to which Afreen acts in a demonic way, with her hands and legs getting twisted abnormally while her mouth spats out blood while within her mind, Khayun manages to reach the centre memory of herself where she was trapped in, but gets hurt as well due to the recitation of the purification.

"No, no, not now, please, not now, ... stop.. I said stop!" screams Khayun from within which is heard outside through Afreen's voice which terrify the people along with Nailah's mother as well as the others who continue on their recitation. "Do not hear the whispers of the demon, continue your recitation now!" said the person as he and a number of people continue their recitation while within the mind of Afreen, all three of them are under severe pain caused by it.

"Afreen... I know you can hear me.. listen to me, you are not a human, you are a Jinn, the powers that flourish within you needs to be unleashed, if you keep suppressing it, it will only get worse, the longer you hold it, the longer the blast will be, as well as it's attractiveness to invite unwanted spirits, to be free, to relinquish freedom again, you have to let go, all of it, stop holding back and embrace it, you've done it before, I can sense it, you can do it again, please, you're our only hope, please Afreen, just.. let go." said Khayun as his last words before ultimately falling down onto the floor, gasping for his life due to the pain while from outside, the recitation continues as the demon whispers from outside.

"I will take her with me you pieces of shits! she will belong with me, forever!" screamed the demon from the body of Afreen to which Nailah's mother stops her recitation while the rest continue. "Please stop, it will kill her, please.. just stop." cried Naliah's mother to which they do not respond and continue their recitation to which Nailah's mother stands helplessly.

Soon, whispers of Khayun's voice are heard all over her mind over and over again, untill it becomes louder and louder. "Just let go, you've done it before, you're our only hope, let go." whispered Khayun's voice throughout the mind of Afreen until she eventually awakens and unleashes all her suppressed power from within, causing a wave of blast similar to how she did it before, but this time, so massive, it slams off Nailah's mother as well as the others from the outside to which the recitation stops.

Soon, Khayun awakens this time, only to find himself within a memory of Afreen where he stands from the window of the patient's room in a hospital she had been just given birth to, but her mother and father couldn't stop crying as only cold corpse of the baby awaits them.

"I'm sorry ma'am, we did everything we could, but.." continues the doctor trying to sooth her parents of their baby's death while from aside, Afreen's new born corpse, a Jinn emerges from a created portal way who appears to be a Jinn as well.

"It can't be.." said Khayun as he eagerly watches while the emerged Jinn merges onto the newborn version of Afreen, causing a tiny power burst which were not seen by anyone, but as it merges, Afreen awakens with a normal cry as a newborn does for the first time which draws everyone's attention.

"My god.." said the doctor shocked as the nurse immediately takes the baby and checks on her pulse while the parents of Afreen turn from weeping faces to tears of joy as their eyes are filled with laughter and shock to see the cries of their baby again. "I wanted to give them that." said Afreen in her present self who suddenly emerges beside Khayun which shocks him at first.

"When seeing them in tears, it gave me sadness, a form of sadness I once felt, one I wouldn't wish it out on anyone." said Afreen. "You sacrificed your life, became her in the process of destroying your own." said Khayun to which Afreen smiles. "I didn't have much of a life back then, not like I have right now, back then it's.. complicated, but I know it's not where I belonged, not like I am used to now, as Afreen." said Afreen. "I understand, more than you know." said Khayun. "I know, at first, I sensed something familiar about you, and now, i know you long before, from a different life." said Afreen.

"Who were you back then?" asked Khayun.

"It doesn't matter, it never did." said Afreen. "Same can't be said to me." said Khayun. "I would say otherwise, after all, aren't you living the life of a human now?" asked Afreen. "Yes, but it's temporary, only as a .. favour to a old friend." said Khayun.

"Do me a favour, make it permanent, make it yours." said Afreen. "I.. can't, it's not mine." said Khayun. "Neither is mine, but if I don't proceed as Afreen, who will? same goes for you." said Afreen. "Tim will return, I know he will." said Khayun. "And if he doesn't?" asked Afreen to which Khayun thinks for a little moment.

"I.. (sighs) I will need to think about it." said Khayun. "You've must, and you will, unlike me." said Afreen. "What do you mean?" asked Khayun. "I can't live a normal life, after knowing all about my past, it's too difficult to move on, which is why I had it removed in the first place." said Afreen.

"But you can't live without not knowing either, look what just happened, how the human version of you, struggled when she came across powers belonging to you emerged from her." said Khayun.

"You do speak a valid point, which is why I locked away her powers, and intuvisioned her to keep it that way, until her life was in danger to which there were no choice." said Afreen. "Powers can't be swept away from soul, once it comes to you, the only way to proceed is to embrace it, no matter how vaguely it might be." said Khayun. "It was because of the very power, I've lost my former life Khayun, it's.. too much a cost." said Afreen. "It is.. but, it's yours, if you do not want it, there will be others to take it from you." said Khayun.

"Yes, you are.. right, as today proved it to be, perhaps there is a another way, one which will help Afreen lead a normal life, as well as be protected by demons who seek to sought her." said Afreen. "What is it?" asked Khayun. "A way to embrace her power, not fully as Afreen, a double life, as humans like to put." said Afreen.

"That is risky, you know it." said Khayun. "It is, but you'll stay there with me, right? as Khayun, or Timothy, you can help me, understand my new nature without ever knowing what I truly was." said Afreen. "You would like to risk your life rather than being remembered of your past? what is so terrible about it?" asked Khayun.

"Pain.. so much of pain, and loss.. it broke me into pieces, over and over again, that I.. I can't seem to recover anymore." said Afreen. "I'm sorry, whoever you were, I wish I had been there to help you." said Khayun.

"You weren't, and you have nothing to be sorry of, my past is.. well.. I can't overcome it, I wish to have it removed, not to have it as a burden on my current life, as I do now." said Afreen. "I may not have been able to help you on your previous life.. but if I can now, I shall do it.." said Khayun.

"You've.. changed Khayun, not the arrogant one I once knew." said Afreen. "Well.. arrogance made me lose more than I could have, at first my home, then Tim, which is why, like you, I wish to lead a different life now, one which I will be.. different, we shall see how it goes." said Khayun.

"I pray that you find peace, as well I too, thank you Khayun, it's been... relieved to have talked to someone about it, and someone that respected my decision." said Afreen. "Of course I do, you didn't latch yourself onto another life, you took one which was already lost, and give birth to it in the process of sacrificing your own, and for that, you will always have my respect." said Khayun.

"Thank you... promise me you'll take care of me." said Afreen. "I will Afreen, always, no matter how dark it seems." said Khayun to which Afreen smiles and nods as she fades away into a invisible form of flame which brightens as Khayun closes his eyes.

Soon, as he awakens, he finds himself within the room where Nailah's mother along with the group of people she brought with her are present, but lying down unconscious. "Well.. that's gonna be hard to explain." said Khayun as he turns into the form of Tim.
