Chapter Sixteen I wake up around one in the morning and can’t go back to sleep. After kicking my duvet off and downing the glass of water beside my bed, I’m still too hot and uncomfortable to fall asleep. I sit up, rub my eyes, and turn my lamp on. May as well get something done instead of lying here uselessly. I’m too tired to sit at my desk and do any actual drawing, so I remain in bed and reach for my iPad. I search my favourite online spots for inspiration, saving everything I like to various private Pinterest boards and typing a few notes in case I’ve forgotten my brilliant moments of inspiration when I wake up in the morning.
