“Okay, if you lads are good boys, we will give you a gift on your birthday,” said Lilly and winked at Tenney. “Something that you always wanted,” Tenney had an idea of what it could be and the thought of it sent shivers up his spine. He could only let his finger wander and had no idea about how to handle the mysterious things called girls. Ruth whispered something in Henry’s ears and his face beamed.
“We will meet at our house for Tenney’s birthday. I want to introduce you to my father,” said Lilly.
Tenney sprang to his feet in sheer shock. He couldn’t face or say anything or answer anything the school teacher of her dad would ask him. Besides, from what Lilly had told her father seemed really strict and orthodox.
