The staff canteen at Myths & Monster was easily twice as large as the one back home and had all kinds of shiny coffee machines and a selection of fancy teas. The weather was good enough to draw people outside and with a tray of food in hand, I approached the tables with other apprentices.
I didn’t know anyone well enough but it beat sitting by myself. All the apprentices from Myths & Monster were probably sitting together considering they were at home but I hadn’t managed to connect with Alessandro so it wasn’t like I wanted to sit with him.
