Nerves raged through me as I sat opposite of Felicity at our candle-lit table. If I’d known this restaurant was so fancy and romantic, I’d have picked a different place. Too late, we were here and our mains were already on the way. At least I didn’t bring the unicorn plushie I bought for her from Myths & Monster. That would’ve stood out way too much. I’d have to give it to her later. I smoothed out my dress, the fabric soft and supple. I’d have preferred to wear something different and new but that involved going shopping and I hated that. “So…” I gathered a breath, trying to come up with clever and riveting conversation. “This is a fancy place, huh?” Felicity chuckled dryly. “Very.
