Swift listened to the walls as Martin briefed him on the status of Exogenesis and the alien fleet. The radio setup was ingenious, he thought. In effect, the entire building functioned as a transmitter and receiver; the hidden room itself was a combination speaker and audio pickup. The system was operated via a translucent control surface that Altis had unrolled and slapped onto the wall.
