**ANGELA’S POV** The television blared the tragic news on a loop. A young man named Fred Armstrong had been found dead near a gas station, brutally beaten by what the police assumed were bandits. They had done a decent job making it appear as if he was killed for a petty penny. They took his wallet and dumped him in an alleyway for rats to feast on. A few street-level gang members had already been arrested on suspicion of the crime. If only the truth could be spoken. If only someone would listen.
