“MINE!”
The word felt so natural as it left my lips. Ashley complemented me perfectly and was my equal in every way. Gaia was my complete opposite and rounded all the hard edges of my personality. It truly was a battle of “birds of a feather, play together” vs “opposite attract”.
Yet it wasn’t a battle at all…
This was perfect.
I pulled out of Ashley and carried them one at a time. I got them into the shower and helped clean them both. Any excuse to be touching them. Any excuse to run my nose along their skin and scent my puppies growing inside of them.
Ashley was having a boy.
Gaia was having a girl…
And the color of the nursery was still up for debate. At this point, I didn’t argue with them because I had a specific idea myself; I just liked seeing them gang up on me
