"Wake up babe" Aiden whispered, trying to wake Jade up from her sleep. She had slept the whole journey to the resort they were visiting. Jade opened her eyes an acknowledged the fact that they had arrived at their destination. She didn't even realise she had drifted to sleep. She looked over and saw she was laying on Aiden's shoulder. he must have felt uncomfortable she thought. They had set off in the morning, but arrived in the evening since the beach resort was quite far from where they lived.

"Sorry" she apologised.

"That's okay babe" he left a kiss on her cheek and she suddenly started to feel butterflies in her stomach.

"Aaw how cute!" Terry teased.

"Terry!" Aiden scolded as Jade blushed profusely.

"Boys, carry the suitcases, we the girls will see you at the front desk" Sadie announced as Gannon parked the car.

"No!,mum that's not fair" Terry complained.

"Says the person who brought a suitcase that can fit the whole of America" his mum retorted.

He stomped over to the car booth and pulled out each of the suitcases while Gannon and Aiden helped him. Mean while, Sadie and Jade made their way to the reception.

"Good evening" the receptionist greeted.

"Good evening, reservations under Ross" Sadie announced.

"Right away Mrs Ross" the receptionist stated as she acknowledged who she was speaking to.

Ross Corporation was so well known that it would be quite silly of a person to recognise a family, as important as theirs. She checked them in as quickly as possible and handed them their key cards. "Thank you for choosing West Brook Resort and have a wonderful time" the receptionist smiled.

"You're welcome" Sadie replied, turning around to find the boys waiting by the lift. "You boys can take that lift, Jade and I will take the one on the left, there's to many suitcases to go in together" She ordered before pressing the button to call the lift.

The receptionists offered to have someone carry their suitcase but they insisted on carrying it themselves. When they arrived at the door of the hotel suite they were using, Sadie gave out the key cards.

"This one is for Aiden and Jade and this one is for you Terry" Sadie handed out the key cards. " Do not lose yours Terry, you can be very careless" she warned. They were staying in the same suite but with individual rooms; they only shared a common living space and kitchen.

"Have some faith in me mum, I won't" he stated.

"Ha!, trust who?, you?" It was now Aiden's turn to mock him.

"Mum!" he called for help,

"Act your age Terry, you a full grown 21 year old man, stop whining already" she scolded. "Don't lose you card and we'll be just fine" They made their way inside and checked out the area. So far it was was looking up to their standard.

"This place is beautiful" Terry confessed as he jumped into the sofa.

"I agree" his father said to him.

"Let's have some dinner" Sadie announced as she picked up the phone to ring for room service.

"Let's put these suitcases in our respective rooms while she's at it" Gannon suggested as he carried he and Sadie's suitcase to their room, while Terry carried his and Aiden carried his and Jade's.

"I'll carry mine" Jade offered. Their hands touched as she tried reaching for her suitcase. Aiden looked up at her and she looked back at him.Their faces inched forward.

"Get a room will ya!" Terry shouted, clapping his hands in their face as their lips nearly touched. They jumped apart.

"I'll carry the bags" Aiden insisted. He frowned at Terry on his way to their room. Jade wondered if he did that because Terry he had interrupted their almost kiss or because he found him annoying. She decided to go with the latter.

"Say we hit the bar tonight boys" Gannon suggested as they ate dinner at the table.

"Yeah maybe we might meet some sexy girls" Terry mentioned, poking Aiden in the ribs.

"Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm happily married thank you" Aiden told him. Ironically, he wasn't.

"Yeah but we can still hit the bar tonight" Terry argued. "Apologies, Mrs Aiden for my insensitive remark" he teased and Jade smiled.

"Well the only thing you'll be hitting tonight is your bed because no one is going out tonight" Sadie told them.

"Oh c'mon mum!" Terry complained.

"Let me have fun, I'm only in my prime!"

It was probably around 10:30 pm and everyone retired into their respective rooms to go bed; Of course Jade and Aiden had no other option but to share a bed. After all, what kind of madly in love couple sleep in separate beds. The awkwardness of the situation was really getting to Jade and Aiden. They just didn't know what to do with themselves.

"You can take your shower first while I wait" Aiden suggested, to which Jade agreed and grabbed a change of clothes, which consisted of a vest and shorts; before making it to the bathroom.

She quickly took a shower and changed before coming out. She blushed as Aiden looked her up and down before heading for the shower, after all it's not everyday that he saw her in less clothing. She climbed into bed and pulled up the covers. After a few minutes, Aiden emerged from the shower,hair dripping and towel wrapped loosely around his waist. Water trickled down his muscle built chest, over his packs and disappeared below his v-line, the towel soaking up the water.

"Take a picture,it will last longer" he smirked before picking up another towel and drying his hair. She blushed profusely and sunk deep into the covers out of embarrassment. She liked this playful side of him instead of his cold and insensitive side. Only God knew how long this playful side of his would last though.

"You can keep the bed, I'll make myself comfortable on the couch" he announced before grabbing a pillow and making himself comfortable on the couch. She admired his sleeping form, all the way from the bed; and soon, she had also succumbed to sleep.
