"Morning or should i say afternoon" Donna greeted as she set the table. It was quite late when Jade and Aiden woke up. They were feeling exhausted, for obvious reasons and had slept off.
Good afternoon granny, sorry we woke up late" Aiden apologised.
"That's okay; I thought you might be exhausted so I let you sleep in"
"Do you need help with anything?" Jade offered politely.
"Yes please, you can set out the plates while I bring out the food" she requested. Jade went off to get the plates and cutlery. "Aiden help me put out the food, will you?" she asked him. he followed her to kitchen and they set out the food. When everything was laid out and they were ready to eat, they sat around the table and began dishing out food onto their plates.
After having brunch, they helped Donna clean up before heading out the ranch to get some work done.
~
"Aiden don't just stand there, help out!" Jade scolded as she dug the pitch fork into the hay and transferred it into the truck.
"But I'm supervising!" He joked. "And I'm tired" he added. before dropping himself onto the hay.
"Aiden, change the horses' water" Donna ordered him.
"Please let me rest a bit grandma" Aiden complained from the heat.
"Get up you ass up and get to work" Donna pushed him and he rolled off the hay and onto the floor. He groaned. "You weren't trained to be lazy, now get up and get to work" Donna slapped his back"
"Granny!" he complained. "I'm not five anymore" he pointed out.
"Who cares, you're still the little boy I watched growing up before my eyes" she retorted. "Get to work before I smack you again" she added. He trudged of to change the horses' water. He was changing the last bowl of water, when Jade came over to him. She helped him pour out the old water and he filled it up again.
"Done!" he announced, dusting his hand. "Now, how about we spend some time alone in doors" he winked at Jade suggestively.
"You sure do have an appetite, Mr Ross" Jade claimed.
"I sure do Mrs Ross; and it's only for you" he stated, as he peppered kiss all over her neck. She pushed him away.
"I thought you said you were tired" she smiled.
"Not when it comes to you" he replied grinning.
"Sorry but I still have things to help grandma with so..." she said to him, running off before he could anything.
"Oh, c'mon!" he groaned.

Later that day, Aiden and Jade were watching some television in Donna's living room when she suddenly announced she was leaving to head out on an errand.
"Where exactly are you going?" Aiden questioned.
"To meet someone but I will be quite late so you can just have dinner without me" she explained. "The cabinets are fully stocked so you shouldn't lack any cooking ingredients" she added, as she slipped on a cardigan.
"See you later granny" Jade called after her as she left.
"See you" she replied as she closed the door behind.
"So..." Aiden began.
"So what?" Jade responded, confused as to what he wanted to say. Aiden realised she wasn't understanding what he was hinting at. He reached out to unbutton her shirt and she swatted his arm away.
"Why are you looking to jump my bones every second" she scolded playfully.
"Because your body is irresistible" he cupped her ass in his hand. He groaned in satisfaction.
"I don't think it's right for us to defile granny's couch; don't you agree?" she asked, taking his face in her arms. He sulked like a little boy. "You're too adorable" she pressed his lips to his for a long kiss. He took it as green light to make a move on her and she slapped his arm away again" Let's just watch TV for now" she suggested.. She pulled his down on her lap and began to brush her hand in his hair; his eyes fluttered close.
"I have a question" he said.
"Tell me " she asked him.
"Describe your perfect man" he told her"
"You" she stated honesty.
"I know I am your husband but still yo-"
"I'm serious Aiden" she cut him off.
"Alright describe the most romantic scenario according to you" he asked next.
"It's pretty simple" she began. "A kiss in the rain"
"That's it" he questioned.
"Yes!" she stated.
"No candle lit dinner or flowers?; Most girls like that!" he revealed.
"I'm not most girls Aiden" she said.
"That's right, you're MY wife; and there's only one of you" he raised her hand to his lips. "C'mon, lets watch a movie; what do you want to watch?" he said.
"Let's see" she thought about what she wanted to watch. "We should see Mary Poppins" she suggested.
"A classic; I haven't seen that for some time now" he revealed. "You reckon our kids will enjoy it as much we did growing up?" he inquired.
"Ki-kids?" she stuttered.
"Yes kids" he repeated. "You don't want to carry my children?" he asked sitting up.
"Of course I do; it's just that reality hit me when you said that" she explained.
"You had me thinkin-"
"I do want your kids, I really do" she assured him with a peck to his lips. "One that looks exactly like you!" she confessed.
"And a daughter that looks you" he suggested.
"AND maybe one that looks like both of us" she added.
"And one that-"
"Don't push it Mr Ross" she scolded. "We are not going higher than three"
"That's what you say now" he smirked.
"You are impossible" she laughed.
