Chapter 4
I jump out of the gray area not caring if Galvin sees. I call Brina to my side and tell to her safeguard me. I walk into the open and Galvin points his gun at me, tears fill his eyes, he also starts to shake. Brina steps in between me and Galvin. I walk to Ren and kneel by his side; he looks at me and smiles.
“Hello babe, I knew you would come running.”
“Ren I am here to reap your soul.” I place my hand on his chest right above his wound. I feel the tug of his soul separate and his body relaxes. I pull his soul from his body and I throw it to materialize.
“Who are you?” Galvin says pointing his gun at Brina. “What are you doing to my brother and how the hell did you get in here.”
