Whitney froze at the bloodshot look that Odessa was wearing. It was like nothing she had ever seen, and her whole body was fidgeting in response.
“What….scores are you talking about?”
Whitney retorted, causing Odessa to chuckle lightly.
“The one you led me to in your head.”
“What…what are you talking about?”
Whitney probed even deeper. Odessa’s claims were not adding up in her head. Whitney’s ignorance was igniting the sparks of anger that were welling up in anger. She stamped her feet on the ground, advancing to Whitney with more fire.
