"Alright everyone, please take your seats!" My brother says over the crowd that is slowly becoming silent. It's about to begin
I see Blaze lean in and whisper something to Ember. I can only assume he is telling her they are starting.
They walk hand and hand to the stage oblivious to what's actually about to happen. I look out the window and the full moon is almost at its highest point… the run will never actually happen… the ceremony isn't much. Just the introduction of Ember to the pack. And dinner. Then the actual ceremony, that is after they shift. The running with the pack, meeting of the wolves. The real show of strength.
