Blaze
I stand on the back deck with Ember in my arms, looking out at the large yard. The sun is setting, casting a warm orange glow over everything. It seems even bigger now that everyone has gone home. I can't help but think of everything that has happened in the last few weeks. We fought a war and won. Our son found his mate, our daughter found her wolf and got the confirmation of her mate. We also welcomed two new adopted sons into our family, and they were beyond happy to be a part of it.
