Raven really wanted to believe him. But the fear of unknown was getting to her head. Ace was not in a position where he could just go up and hug her tightly. He got as close as he could and gently whispered to her for a long time.
Raven's tears eventually stopped but the fear was still lingering in her eyes. When she looked at Ace, the fear would subside but as soon as she looked away, Raven felt helpless against the truth that she wasn't healthy.
