Aragorn’s and Arwen’s wedding was that of elegance and festivity, attended by more guests compared to that of the King’s coronation. The Elves who had marched to Dol Guldur returned, celebrating the unity of their kin. It was just one out of the many joys and surprises after the coronation. The first was of course the announcement of Legolas’ and Varilerin’s betrothal right after he gifted her the necklace. It appeared that Legolas had conversed with Glorfindel earlier in the day to receive his blessings ahead for he had become a fatherly figure for the parentless Varilerin.
