18 After rushing back for the meeting with Manah, now, following that meeting, Wynn was disappointed. It hadn’t been productive. The contractor either knew nothing or played dumb perfectly. The Iraqi insisted that he had no information on who did the shooting. He claimed to be an honest businessman. He assured them he hadn’t been threatened and would have reported anything helpful.
