As Liam stood in front of Kathy's door, he took a deep breath, trying to control his anger. He knew that confronting Kathy would not be easy, but he was determined to have a conversation with her and make her understand the consequences of her actions.
After a few moments, the door opened, and Kathy's mother, Dayana, appeared, looking annoyed to see Liam standing there. "What do you want now?" she asked in a harsh tone.
"I need to talk to Kathy," Liam replied calmly, though his frustration was still evident.
Dayana crossed her arms, giving him a dismissive look. "Well, she's not here," she said coldly. "And even if she were, I wouldn't let you see her."
