Annie
She rolled over expecting to touch Dru, but she came up empty handed. Annie sat up and looked around. Darkness greeted her when she looked out the window. She rubbed her eyes and padded over to the bathroom. She dug through her bag looking for her final clean outfit. Annie would need to find the laundry room to wash her clothes and at some point she’d need to get a few more things. Once she was cleaned up, she went in search of Dru.
Halfway expecting to find him in the kitchen or his office, she was surprised when she came up empty at both places. Annie fixed herself a cup of coffee and went back to Dru’s office.
