1439 Words
CHAPTER ONE: Death Angel “Death?” a female voice asked. “I’m here.” Another female said from her ear plug, who was obviously the other woman called Death. She was on top of the building where men of all ages went every night to have pleasures and watch some girls fight some match inside a cage ring after they were given some heavy drugs. The lady, alias Death, was looking down the roof of the establishment that has a silvery-white glass for roof. She was just waiting for the signal from the other woman. Inside, she could see the men, kidnapped women turned whores, the cat-fight on the ring, and some drugs and hard liquors being pass around. She’s not new with these kinds of scene, she was hired for this kind of job. She was an assassin, and expensive one at that. She’s working on the field alone while Whyte (Alias of the other woman) do the research. They’re the most sought-after and popular assassins (But nobody knows who they really are) since they always do the job fast and clean. And not to mention that Death has something that nobody else have or better yet, nothing that anybody else have. She has no fear, not a single dot. And she has no family (The blood related ones.) That’s why she has no one to care for and that’s why it’s easier for her to do her job because she need not have anyone to think about. While Whyte can take care of herself, and that she’s a miles away from where Death was since she’s working and giving instructions indoors using satellites. “Are you ready?” Whyte asked as she looked on Death’s location from one of her computers. Death smirked coldly, her beautiful eyes expressionless. “I’ve been ready since the moment I arrived.” Whyte snort, “Then, let’s party.” Death reached for her armalites inside her long leather coat, she ready herself for the next minutes while she covered half of her face only revealing her eyes that was being covered slightly with her hair.. Inside the building… The owner, together with the rich men watched with glee at the two ladies fighting inside the cage wearing only a skimpy cloth, while each men were having reluctant and scared ladies, all very young, on their laps. “You got a nice place here, Argus.” One man said with a smirk while ravishing the girl on his lap. “Of course!” Argus said proudly. “I only offer the best. Expect some new arrivals tomorrow.” He said, meaning, some new girls. Everyone laughed. They were all enjoying themselves when a loud crashed came from the roof. Everyone looked up as shattered glasses rained down on them, making some bleed while the others run to safety. Girls scattering all over while yelling. “What the f**k!” Argus bellowed as his men readied their guns as they saw a certain big black jumped down together with the glasses. Death landed in the middle of the panicking crowd perfectly, she even smirked when she noticed that the proprietor’s men were surrounding her. “Death, are you in?” Whyte asked with a frown. “You could say that…” she said, both her hands were wide apart, pointing her armalites to her enemies. “Who the hell are you?!” Argus demanded. “I’m Death.” She said as she started firing at the same time getting down dodging the bullets being aim at her. She made a quick circular motion while firing, hitting some men to their knees. Argus grumbled as he slowly back away with a couple of his guards firing at her. Death slid towards the nearest toppled table throwing away her empty armalites and reaching for a couple of smaller guns. While they keep firing towards each other, some patrons and ladies either being shot or wounded. Death rolled from her spot and continued firing as she ran nearer towards Argus and his other guards while the others were falling down dead one by one. She shot the locked ring to free the two ladies who were fighting earlier. “Run and get the hell away from this place!” The two girls nodded as they ran for their lives. Death saw Argus, her target, escaping from the back entrance. She throws her used gun and reached for another inside her coat as she followed them. “All of you, if you don’t wish to die, leave already!” she yelled to the ladies as she made her way, shooting to any men of Argus who was blocking her way. Everyone ran towards the exit screaming, making others toppled over and being stepped on. Death placed some small chip-thingy at every place she could put them as she ran. When she reached the back door towards the alleyway, she kicked it hard while her gun pointing forward. When there’s no one outside, she went out and followed the escaping shadows not far in front. She skidded to a halt as she came face to face, or rather with her targets back, without wasting a minute, she pulled the trigger, hitting the men behind their heads. But before she could kill Argus, he had fired at her that grazes only on her black coat. “Damn, I love this coat!” she hissed as she fired on him, hitting him between his eyes. “Wew….” She whistled on her gun while blowing on them. She keep it inside her coat as she walk towards her target, she took out a small but very sharp knife as she went down to business. As for the proof that she killed him, she took a sample of skin, on the part of his nape where there’s a burnt sign which resembled a snake. She put the skin inside a plastic. Death took her cellphone and called her employer for that certain job. “Death Angel here…” she said. “Is he dead?” Death smirked, “Already.” “The money is already being transferred to your account.” “Nice doing business with you.” Death said before putting her phone away, then she started speaking at her ear plug. “Whyte?” “I’m still alive.” The girl said sarcastically. “It’s done, I’ll send your part of the money tomorrow morning. I’m out.” “Over.” The communication between them cut off. Death took her ear plug away. It’s always like that. After their ‘business’ they’ll act like they do not know each other. The truth was they only met once when Whyte joined her solo career and after that, they communicated only using technologies. And their clients were being entertained at the same process. There’s only a few person who knew her and Death was only the same person, and those were the closest people to her whom she’s considering family and yet never allowed them to intervene in her work. Especially her godfather, her parents’ bestfriend and the one who took her in when she became an orphan after their death, Herald. He’s like a real father to her, and many times he tried to convince her to leave her work and be part of their ‘family’ and if she wants work, she could take assignment with her ‘brothers and sisters’. She smiled, it’s been a while since the last time she saw him. Whyte also came from their ‘family’. The family was living at the outskirts of Tokyo. She took her mask out of her face as she walked to her car, she looked towards the now empty building. Without any expression, she pushed the button on the timer that she was holding. The building blows up. Before Death get inside her car, the beautiful emerald eyed lady look towards the sky above the burning building as its dark smoke went up. She hopped on her car and rode off. That’s how clean she worked, she always made sure that everything were wiped out together with her target. That’s why she was known as Death Angel.
