The Rainbow city

It took two days for Anderiva and Manis to reach the Rainbow city. The weather was good and there was not any danger during their journey. After arriving in the city they looked for an inn. The city was beautiful especially for its special ' Rainbow tree '. Rainbow trees were huge trees with seven colored petal symbolizing the color of a rainbow. Those trees did not contain any other petals or branches. The petals spread over just like an umbrella giving a beautiful shade. The city was also known for its bewildering diversity. All clans could be seen here. After selecting an inn and collecting necessary information, they decided to roam around the city. Eventually they came to the famous gallery ' Valleta ' which was situated at the centre of the city. All types of clans participated there. When they were investigating, they also found some dark businesses. Some clans sold their own members for their own benefits. There were some underground shops and those needed special permission or membership. They were surprised to find that half breed might be there also. Half breed was definitely taboo in all clans except few of these. 

Seeing such thing Anderiva said to Manis,"Though masters told us beforehand, without witnessing this was really unbelievable for me. "

Manis nodded. When they were about to enter the main section a man pushed away Manis and then he pretended that he was the victim. 

He shouted, "You tried to hit me."

Manis somehow controlled his anger and told,"I'm sorry. It was not intentional."

Anderiva tried to say something but some guards came then and captured Manis as well as her. They were taken to a different chamber. The signboard on it was showing ,"Master Camellia". 

When they stopped in front of the door Anderiva asked,"What's the problem? You just can't capture anyone as you please."

One of the guard replied, "I'm sorry, miss. We were obliged to do so as you have broken some rules of this area."

Anderiva became more annoyed but she did not dare say anything further. Their masters already warned them and she was having a bad feelings about that. One of the guard took permission to enter. A heavy voice came from inside telling them to enter. The guards left them as soon as the voice answered. When the two of them entered, at a glance Anderiva saw nothing but darkness in the room. Suddenly a lady appeared from nowhere. A bright aura was coming from the lady. From that light Anderiva could observe the room clearly. The windows were covered with heavy curtains. There was no furniture in the room and it was creating an illusion that the room had no end. Anderiva came to reality at the voice of the lady. The lady was wearing a queen like attire.

She said,"Where is your friend? "

Anderiva became surprised and saw that Manis was not beside her.

The lady seemed to enjoy her expression and said,"I will return your friend if you listen to my words very obediently. You know, I run this place so you'll do as I am going tell you."

Anderiva remembered that before they came to that gallery they indeed heard about the master of this gallery and she was a very clever one. To accomplish any task she would do anything. But Anderiva could not understood how she had managed to know about them They even hid their identity and the lady seemed to know about them. She again came back to her sense when the lady spoke,

"You will participate in a duel. You have to win to save your friend."

Anderiva was so shocked that she could not say anything against her. The lady did not give her much time to think. A guard came in and took her to show the way. Anderiva thought on the way, "So, now Manis and I, both have caught in a trap. Only I can save both of us. Masters warned us and stil to be in such situation was very careless of us."

Anderiva was blindfolded on the half way. She did not know how much time she walked and when the blindfold was removed she was facing a ground. Someone told her to move forward. When she entered the ground, she saw her opponent was a middle aged man wearing a ridiculous tribal dress.

He introduced himself saying,"I'm Boa. I am a mage."

Anderiva calmed herself and said,'I am Europa. I am also a mage."

When they finished their introduction, the whole audience felt silent. Anderiva noticed that the lady of the gallery was observing her like a hunter observed his prey. All types of clan members were there. Everyone had the same look as the lady had. It was first time for Anderiva to fight against someone. In the castle they fought for fun and learning. The atmosphere was so intense that it felt like it was a life death game.

Boa attacked first saying, "Boa, water speed attack."

Anderiva thought for sometime and then said,"Desert forest:oasis." An oasis was created and the plants attacked the snake that was coming to attack her.

Seeing this Boa created hundreds of snake and attacked. Anderiva formed a rose briar and instantly captured all of them. The more magic caught in such briar the more it would drain the life of the opponent. Boa never faced such opponent. Forest magic was a lost magic. When Anderiva realized it was hurting her opponent so badly, she released him from that torture. Boa fell down on the ground. A person declared her the winner.

She said to Boa before going,"I'm terribly sorry. It was first time for me in a duel. So, I did not understand it would hurt so badly. I will heal you in exchange." So, Anderiva healed him using herb magic. Boa as well as the whole audience was astonished.

After that she said,"I will take my leave now." and left the ground. She was carried like before and when the blindfold was removed, she was outside the gallery. Surprisingly Manis was also there beside her. 

Manis said looking at her,"Where were you? I was taken to a room and was told that you would return after a couple of minute." Anderiva told him everything. Manis became furious after listening.

Anderiva said,"I know you are angry but there is no point by being angry. I am confused whom we are actually fighting. Ah, man. I'm feeling so tried. Manis,let's sit somewhere and cool off ourselves."

Manis said,"Are you okay? I've forgotten that you've fought someone. It may not be safe around also."

Anderiva smiled and said,"I'm fine. Thank you for worrying. I think noone will not do anything. They will just observe our next action. So, we have to calm ourselves and think more carefully. "

Manis said then,"Will you sit somewhere or return to our inn? I am not feeling comfortable here."

Anderiva said,"I'm not that much tired. So let's have a walk and find a place to sit. There is still some places we have to go."

Manis nodded and they started walking. When they found a place to sit, Manis said,"I'm gonna buy some foods. Will you be alright alone?"

Anderiva smiled and said,"I am not a child, Manis. I will notify you if something happens."

Manis left. A delicate wind of spring was blowing. A rainbow tree was showing  a beautiful shade of light just above her. Suddenly she noticed a boy standing on the top of a rainbow tree just infront of her. The boy looked familiar.  As soon as she looked at him, he also looked at her.
