The back porch of his parents's house was quiet and tensed. The place has a mood of quiet desperation to the place. Eyes wide open and a wide grin on his face, Ricky suddenly whistle, slowly breaking the long silence that loomed over the back porch, the only sound in the air was the chirping sound of birds flying around before Ricky spoke.
"What...?" He shouted as he stood up from the chair he was sitting a few minutes ago to stare hard at Derrick before looking at Kathleen.
"Derrick are you sure about this?"
"I know you two have been inseparable but Derrick isn't in love with anyone but himself." He chuckled before continuing.
