He said he didn't want me to keep late hours outside again; that's not good for a responsible person. I thanked him for his advice, then he asked me to promise him, which I did. Being the animals' celebration day, I had gotten prepared, waiting for the time to get close before I would leave for the jungle. I still wanted to be the first person to get there so I could climb the tree and catch them unaware. My friends at home were wondering about my late-hour outings. I told them it was for a celebration. When the time came, I left home for the venue. On my way to the celebration ground, I was thinking about what I could do to create awareness of my presence.
