"Do you really have to go?" Amber muttered as she watched Vera move around the room with utmost concentration as she did a last minute check.
"Of course, I have a job if you remember," She gave her a wry smile and Amber sighed.
"Stay a little longer, please...we are finally beginning to have some fun, pretty please!" Amber begged. In the last one and half month, she and Vera have bonded like they haven't in the past twenty-four years of her life. She was almost her support system now and to think she will be leaving and God knows when she will be able to visit again made Amber extremely depressed.
