"What the in heaven name do you think you are doing?!" Tasha yelled when they got to a lonely passage. She looks furious from her expression. Why won't she? This head nut just embarrassed her best friend right in front of her.

" You don't wanna know what i will do to you if you ever yell at me again?" Lazarus said in a warning tone. Tasha took her lips in,taking her gaze elsewhere.

That familiar fear clouded her.

"Take" He stretch the red box to her,she glance at it.

"Wh__at..in it?" She stutters kinda surprised.

"You can check for your self" He scoff,he grab her wrist placing the box on her palm before letting go.

"What ever this is am not interested. You don't know me,i hate taking gift from people especially strangers like you..or mon..."

"Dare to complete that s**t!" He snapped. She pin her lips together.

"I don't want it" She said.

Lazarus heave a deep sigh,he is loosing patience with this human.

"I..will leave if there is nothing else" She muttered and place the box on the floor,does she dare take his hand.

" I guess you are taking my cool for granted...."

"This is not taking your cool for granted! Besides you are not even cool to begin with. You said i should love you,did you tell me why? Do i look foolish to you? If this is our you vampires behave then am sorry to say;, humans don't behave in such a despicable way. Just let me be! "

Tasha didn't know how she spat does words out,but she knew she'd regret it immediately.

The look in Zarus eyes didn't emphasize any emotion but Tasha knew behind that blank stare lies a deadly mind.

" I..i..didn't..."

" Don't regret so soon,i hate it" He said,icily.

A tear fell from Tasha's eyes.

What does he mean by that? He wouldn't hurt her family right?

She made to move closer to him but his piercing gaze stopped her.

"Please..."

" I SAID DON'T APOLOGIZE!" He shouted,his voice echoing from a distance,the trees around shook violently. Tasha fell down,shaking her head in fear.

He crouch to her level,a devilish smirk surfacing at the corner of his lip.

"Tell me,what punishment do you prefer,your family getting involve or i punish you alone? "

"Punish me alone,you can do whatever you want to me,please don't hurt my family" She pleaded.

"Don't be too quick to decide mate,are you sure you want me to punish you?" He ask again,his words sending all types of fears to her.

what type of punishment was he gonna to give her? He won't kill her,she believed he wouldn't. If he wanted to he would have done it years back,but her family..this creature won't spare them for sure.

"Punish me alone" She said shutting her eyes as tears brim out.

If only she had shut her mouth and collect the box obediently,then it wouldn't have gotten to this stage.

"Fine" He said. She could feel him stepping back,yeah..she heard his footsteps but they sounded different..like clicking with a tile..there was no tile in the school passage they were.

She flab her eyes open and lol and behold,she was in a large room. Her eyes grew wide.

The room was painted black,the bulbs illuminated dim yellow. There was a big king size bed sitting at the middle of the room,black sheet was used to cover it,black clothed pillows.

At the other side stood a snooker desk,to tell you how big the room was.

Lazarus stood in front of the little shelf beside the snooker desk,there were bottles filled with red drink..mind you blood..not wine.

Tasha believed she has seen all richness in her dad room but today she saw richness screaming at her face.

" Come right her" Lazarus husky voice snapped her from her thought. And then the thought lingered__Why did he bring her here? This isn't a torture room,how can he punished her here.

"I hate to repeat myself" His voice was alarming enough to tell her he wasn't joking.

She stood up slowly,reluctantly,she walked up to him,but she kept her distance.

He glance at her over his shoulder before saying "Strip and lay on the table."

" What?!!!" Tasha shouted in shock.

"You heard me" He said plainly.

" You are mad!" She blurted out at once. Lazarus snap his gaze towards her.

" What did you just say?" He ask with a lifted brow.

He don't want to believe he just go insulted by a mere human..an ordinary human he could kill with just the snap of his finger.

"I repeat You. Are. Mad!" She stated stouthearted.

Since teen and till now,she has made sure to preserve herself,she wish to find her Mr right that will take possession of her body,only for a vampire to say s**t to her.

Even if he was gonna kill her entire household,she will never grant his request. She can't even imagine herself being touched by this evil man.

"I didn't expect you to be so stupid. Now take me back to Arizona college!" She ordered with no interference of fear in her tone. Even Zarus stood dumbfounded as he didn't expect such boldness from her. But one thing is for sure,Where ever that bravery came from,he is going to send it back.

Like a flash,he covered the distance between them,slamming her hard on the table edge,Tasha gasps as the pain hit in from her waist.

" You talk too much and it becoming irritating to bear" Lazarus growled,his claws sipping out,they held tightly to her neck making her shriek in fright.

"Don't kill me please" She begged.

Lazarus frown.

Just now she was acting tough and now she is acting sacred.

How come he never knew this side of her since he watch her come to this world__Shocking to say he was there when she was born.

"Why do you always act tough when you are not" He gritted,the tip of his claws were piercing into her neck already..it stinks almost made her run made,it f*cking hurt.

"Please..."

"Take off your clothes,lay on the table" He commanded releasing her He turn his back at her.

"Please don't do this to me. Have never had s*x with anyone,please punish me in another way" She cried.

" Stop begging and just do what i ask" He said adamantly.

More tears trick down her cheeks,now it was her doom..she's going to loose it..her precious tressure to this beast.

"No..i don't want to" She shook her head.

Lazarus eyes flickered,his fist balled,teeth gnashing each other. His veins stood out,anger flush through him.

"There is no use in keeping you,i will find another solution to bring Canossa and Rowan back"

He lifted his right hand,flame erupted from it.

Tasha froze.

Are vampires supposed to have this much power?

He turn swiftly towards her,his eyes glowing red.

Tasha body burnt with fear.

He is going to kill her.

His look says it all.

" I will do it..i will take off my clothes" She blurted and started undoing her shirt button.

" No need,mate. Just die!" He stated directing the flame at her,the fire light appeared in her eyes,she could see it aiming closer. But just as it was about consuming her,she shut her eyes and screamed.

The blazing fire busted and that force sent Lazarus flying across the air,slamming his back on the wall. He fell down,passing out immediately.

The air became cold,tense that Tasha had to open her eyes,she was oblivious of what just happened. Seeing him laying on the floor,she gaps in fright.

" Prof. Zarus" She called with shock gaze.
