Just as the arrow was getting to D'Arcy,a lady in black speed in and caught it mid air.

The shooter immediately disappeared.

D'Arcy filling his fangs with blood,sense the cold atmosphere,he let go of Maddie who immediately pass out in his arms. His red gaze diverted to the figure who stood staring back at him.

"Give her to me" That familiar voice said.

" Eva!" He called with wide gaze.

' Give her to me!" She shouted.

D'Arcy quickly did as told.

"Evanora..."

She speed away with Maddie.

" How? How is she alive?"

NEXT MORNING,HARRISON APARTMENT*

Groan

Panting

Yelp

Was heard from the corner of the room,Harry was there,hugging his knees,his body shaking vividly. His eyes red,hair pure white. His skin was having black veins as well as black claws.

He was panting heavily,there was a this sudden pain that hit him after sucking on Hazel. The girl had passed out on the couch,he came here to avoid hurting her in case his monster show case.

D'Arcy pull the door open after a series of knock with no one answering.

The scent of blood hit his nostril,but this blood seems to carry another energy..a dark smell.

"Canossa!" He called spotting her on the couch.

He ran to her,lifting her upper body up,he check her neck and like expected, she was bleeding,her blood weren't red but black.

"Rowan..he..he..gave her his monster blood. I will kill you!" D'Arcy growled.

He carried Canossa and was on his way out when he heard a beastly growl behind him.

He froze.

" Put her down" Harry voice was DD,dark and deadly.

D'Arcy turn to him,his eyes gathered hatred on seeing Rowan,his elder brother and first crown prince of north vampic.

"You monster. How dare you try to hurt her Again? You killed her before and now,you want to do same again? I hate you Rowan!" D'Arcy shouted.

But all he said didn't get to him,does Harry know what the lad was saying.

Rowan? Who is Rowan? This guy had better drop his sister now before his best take full control over him.

"Am taking Canossa,don't try to stop me...am no longer that fragile little brother of yours" D'Arcy threatened,he turn to take a step..and that was it..he was taking Harry sister away,his treasure and only family.

One second he was standing behind him but the next he was in front of D'Arcy who stare in shock. Harry pull Canossa from him and making her lay on the floor. He gaze back at D'Arcy who shiver.

"You...you..better don't do...arhhhh!" D'Arcy gaps when Harry claws went through his stomach, blood ooze out from his mouth.

Harry pull his hands away,he growled,his whole body was feeling indifferent,something was running through him making him wanna go crazy.

He speed out of the apartment .

D'Arcy fell down,groaning and soon loose consciousness.

WOODEN APARTMENT*

"I still can't believe this" The lady in red robe said. She's Hilda.

Viktor nodded.

They were both in a dim light room,Hazel was laying on the bed in front of them.

"I didn't expect the beast god to reincarnate as a woman in this life. He must be tired of that mate of is" Hilda said. But Viktor shook his head.

" I don't think she's the reincarnation of the beast god,there must be a trait that led her in having the black spell" Viktor said.

Hilda glance at him.

" She and Lazarus are the only children of queen Moreen,if she's not the beast god then are you saying La..."

" Am not sure about that,but the beast is from the royal house of vampic fall. I heard King Zarus blood mix with the divine power can completely heal Rowan from the dark spell,how true is that?" Viktor said.

" He is unable to use the divine staff due to the curse,there is no way we can find out if its true" Hilda mutter.

" Well there is a way.." Viktor smirk.

" Don't tell me you are gonna help him break the curse?" Hilda frown.

"That our only way to know if he is Dracula or not!" Viktor snap.

"I don't care,were are gonna find another way" She said balling her fist.

" Oh..i get it. It your hate for Morgana, but she's not falling in love with Dracula anymore,it gonna be some vampire king..."

" What if he is Dracula?!" Hilda snap.

"I don't care about your reasons but we are gonna get her to love him,now send Canossa and D'Arcy back to avoid suspicious from that king,i will go look for Rowan" Viktor said and started leaving.

"Are you gonna give him back the signal bracelet?" She shouted so he could hear her.

" Isn't it obvious,he needs it" Viktor yell back before exiting the room fully.

THE WESTON MANSION*

Gianna descended from the stairs clothed with a blue pajamas. Her hair was in a messy buns leaving some strands on her face.

" Hey,babe."

She look down to see Eric sitting on the couch with a smile plastered on his face.

"Who let you in?" She half yelled.

Eric stood up,pocketing his hands.

" Why? You are really serious about dumping me? Wait..for that professor? Babe! I don't get you,what so special about that man?..."

" Everything!" Gianna smile.

" Everything is special about him,now get out!" She glared and stormed into her music room.

Eric face reddened.

" You will regret this" He said under gritty teeth before storming out.

THE RODRIGUEZ VILLA*

"Arhhh!" Maddie jerked up from her sleep with a fearful scream.

Her chest was slamming up and down,eyes wide,her body shaking vividly.

" It a dream" She pants.

She heave a sigh of relief.

How happy she was knowing all she saw was just a dream. It must be a dream anyway,there is no way a vampire will exist. But why did she have such dream? She's not a fan of vampires a movie.

She throw the duvet off her body,and made to get down from the bed when she felt a suing in her neck.

Fear grip her again. In her dream,she got beaten by a vampire..it shouldn't affect her right? It was just a dream.

"I must have sprain my neck,nothing big" She said to herself,but even she didn't believe that,her heart kept beating in a fast pace. She slowly walk to the mirror and there she saw the two tine hole on her neck.

Her mind drifted to what happened at the club...it was a vampire that saved her that day and now...could it be vampires have dominated the world?!!!

"Arrrhhhh!!!" She scream running out of the room.

THE O'CONNELL'S MANSION*

"Miss,you look pretty on this dress,are you going on a date?" Zara ask while dressing Tasha's hair.

Tasha smile.

" A date with Gianna" She replied,she was on her phone chatting with Gianna. Zara roll her eyes.

"You will be twenty one next month,why don't you get a boyfriend" Zara said.

Tasha sigh. She wish to get a boyfriend too,someone who will care,love and protect her. She's beautiful,rich and charming,why can't she find her true love.

" You should try giving guys a chance into your life,that the only way she can find your true love" Zara said.

"I just can't,my chest feels so empty..all the guys have met never made my heart flutter,it feels so empty" Tasha explain,sadness was welling from her voice.

"What..about that man you said was your friend..."

" No no no! Zara,that man is a devil from the pit of hell,please lets not talk about him" Tasha said,she clench her fist remembering that stupid kiss with him..it didn't go deep any way.

Zara didn't say a word again until she finish styling the hair. Tasha stood up grabbing her matching pulse.

"Alright,see ya" She wink At Zara before leaving the room.

Zara hissed.

"Hey,where are you going?" Sonia ask surprise. Not like Tasha doesn't go out but today dressing looks special like she was going on a date.

Well Gianna bought the gown for her.

"None of your business" Tasha snorted and went into her car.

She drove out.

"Wait..she's going on a date or what? Naw..i don't believe this head nut can find a lover this quick" Sonia mutter,she smile going into her mother's annex.

STARS LIGHT HOTEL*

Gianna walk into the hotel,she wore a blue skirt that stop below her thigh,a crop tod which reveal her breast.

Her face was designed with makeup,her hair well styled. She look like a beautiful slut.

She catwalk to the receptionist.

" Am a visitor of room 078" She said.

" Oh,please wait a minute let me confirm it. The receptionist said” Gianna watch her made the call and she got the signal to go in.

She scoffed and went into the elevator.

She open her phone to read his message again.

UNKNOWN NUMBER: COME TO STAR LIGHT HOTEL,PROF. ZARUS WILL WAIT FOR YOU THERE. ROOM 078.

This better be true. She muttered.

Another text came in,it was from Tasha.

WHERE ARE YOU? AM ALREADY AT THE RESTAURANT.

Gianna stare at the message with hands grip on the phone.

Who said she doesn't remember the kiss clearly.

Prof Zarus is not human,she has always believed vampires do exist,yeah..there was a scientist who wrote allot of articles on their existence,even though these articles were written thousand years ago,she believed it. Though most before sees it as just a story book,but Gianna believed fully when she saw his speed that day.

But why did he kiss Tasha?First was going on a date with her and now it was kissing,Tasha even dare to lie to her...she will just teach her a little lesson today.

She texted back, WAIT OUTSIDE,AM ON MY WAY.

After sending it,she switch off her phone.

The elevator opened,she got out and headed for room 078.

RUSLAN RESTAURANT*

The cloud seems to be gathering,it was gonna rain anytime soon. Tasha was outside,leaning on her car while waiting for Gianna. She wonder what keeping her this late,didn't she say she was on her way.

She dial Gianna's number but it says switch off,by now the rain was showering.

"She must have been held up in traffic" She said,she got into her to wait.

The rain was pouring mercilessly outside,it came with a chilly freezing weather.

Two figure could be seen,enjoying the hot pleasure mix with the cool weather.

Lazarus shook his head,he hissed before going into the bathroom.

He touch his hard member and groan.

Why did he send her away when he was not done.

Inside the car was freezing Tasha,she was so cold that she couldn't hold anything including her phone.

The rain didn't plan to stop any time soon.

If she continue staying here she will freeze to death,with her shaking hands,she opened the door. As she step her feet out,she fell,spraining her kneels.

She's allergic to cold.

It was getting dark and the street seems empty,maybe she should just get back into the car. She struggle to get up but it became a difficult task,her knees were hurting badly.

Tears welled up in her eyes.

She started to cry under the rain,she was scared that she was gonna die..her cried loudly. Her body felt weak,her mind cold,eyes blur,she pass out before she know it.

Almost immediately, Hunter speed to her,he was shock to see her in this condition.

Lazarus had told him to look after her but looks like he came late,the king won't let him off easily.

He carried her on his arms,speeding off.

VIKS ESTATE,LAZARUS MANSION*

Entering the house in haste, Hunter took Tasha to an empty room,he lay her on the bed.

" What to do" Hunter panic.

" Water..they used water to calm temperature" He mutter,he hurriedly ran into the bathroom and came out with a bowl of cold water.

He got an hankie,soaking it into the water,he placed it on her head,she shiver as it touched her.

" It working" He smile and continue with the procedure.

"Why isn't she waking up" He sigh frustratedly.

He touch her forehead and gasp.

She was burning.

" Oh no,i need to contact the king" He said and grab his phone,dialing Zarus number.

He pick up at the third ring." Did that little human do anything stupid?" Zarus ask from the other end of the phone.

"Erm...Hum..she..."

"Speak now!" Lazarus growl.

"She is dead!" Hunter blurted before he know it.

After a long silent,Lazarus voice out" Then am surely speaking with your ghost" He stated before hanging up.

" What does he mean by that" Hunter mumble.

Lazarus got into his car,driving out in speed.

Hunter can't possibly joke with a stuff like this,that lad doesn't even joke.

But does it mean Tasha is dead?

No,she can't..she dare not die. Even of she was to die,it was supposed to be under his claws.

He was going insane for an unknown reason,like why was he feeling this way? There was this special feeling of hurt that creep into his heart..fear..he doesn't want to believe he is feeling that now.

His temperature started to freeze..a sudden cold swept over him.

He could hear and feel it,a beating heart in a slow pace,hot atmosphere,fear clingy to this feelings.

A scent hit his nostril,that scent which smelled like lilies drown too long in water.

That smell led him ,before he knew it he was driving to the estate he lives in..why? He should be heading to the O'CONNELS mansion since Tasha might probably be there.

The car drove into the mansion,he got down and the scent lingered thoroughly.

It her..she's here..it his mate.

He was shocked and confused.

Why was she in his house?

But that doesn't matter right now,he needed to see her,his mind were almost at the verge of going insane. He teleported into the house,inside the room her trace were and there she was,laying on the bed with paled skin..her lips looking dried,she was drenched in cold.

"Majesty." Hunter called his attention,Lazarus didn't noticed him earlier,he doesn't even plan to do so now. He walk to the sleep lady,he took off his shirt,leaving just his bare upper body,he lay beside her,pulling her closer,so damn close. He ignited the hell fire in him,making his body warmth,his warmth hovered around her,she stirred curtly.

Hunter on the other hand stood dumbfounded

The man hugging that human lady can't possibly be King Lazarus,he won't hug a lady like that,not for anything. Isn't he the same person who killed six of his mate?

After several stare,Hunter decided to leave..this sight was too spectacular for h to handle.

10AM, VIKTOR MANSION*

Harrison groan on the bed,he roll to the other side hugging the duvet close.

His body was back to normal,he looks clean in the big trouser and shirt he wore.

The creaking of the door made him stirred,but he didn't wake.

Viktor who just came in walk to the velvet curtain,pulling it away so the sunlight could illuminate through the glass window.

"Hazel,close the window now" Harrison muttered using the duvet to block the sun light that shine on his face.

" Wake up" Viktor said in a commanding tone.

Harrison eyes flew open,he sprang up at once.

He stare round the unfamiliar room.

"Where am i?" He ask taking his gaze back to Viktor who stood beside the window.

"In my house" Viktor reluctantly replied.

"What? Why?" Harrison gasp.

" Calm your nerves down,you got out of control yesterday so i brought you here,or should i have taken you to Hazel,she would have died out of fear" Viktor explained. The memories earlier started drooling in,how he had sucked on Hazel,the unknown pain he felt,the weird guy who wanted to abduct Hazel,him stabbing the guy,how he'd went crazy in the wood,killing several hunters.

Hazel! That was the only person he cared about right now.

He got down from the bed,rushing to the door but stop to look at Viktor.

" Where is Hazel? She's wounded,did you treat her?" He ask in panic.

" Why do you think i will treat her? I only saved you since your savour refused to come this time,you should go home now,having you here was a big stress" Viktor grunted walking to take the duvet from the bed,he threw it at Harry.

"Take it with you,i hate your smell" He curse.

Harry face twitch.

"And i hate your existence!" Harry spat kicking the duvet away,he stormed out of the room.

Viktor scoffed,he brought out his phone to dial Hilda's line.

"How is it going?" He ask when she picked up.

"Totally bad here" Tasha went missing. Hilda voice out.

"How?" Viktor blink,he walk to the window and stare at the building close to his__Lazarus mansion.

"I don't know,you should checked Lazarus apartment if she's with him,i doubt that though" Hilda said.

" No probs" Viktor hang up.

"She must surely be with him" He mutter.

WESTON MANSION*

"I swear to bury you if you don't provide Tasha this minute!" Sonia roar,her veins popped up,her face painted with worried and anger.

She matched here after Zara told her Tasha was to go out With Gianna yesterday.

"Can you calm down. Tasha is our friend and now she's missing,you think we aren't hurt too,geez..i can't believe you are actually accusing us..."

" You Gianna,am accusing you!" Sonia pointed.

Gianna shrugged,she rough her hair frustratedly.

She is still confused of how Tasha went missing. Her car was found at the restaurant today with her phone,her dad is planning on involving the police if she still doesn't show up before noon. Sure,this was never what she wanted. She blamed herself for lying to Tasha and making her wait under the rain.

Tears slipped from her eyes.

"You see,those tears aren't gonna solve anything. Give me back my sister!!" Sonia yelled.

" I really..don't..know" Gianna sob.

"You do!" Sonia shouted.

"I will go look for Tasha and i promise to bring her back" Veda spoke up,the two ladies snapped their gazes at her.

"You know where she is right?" Sonia gave her a suspicious look.

"Just wait and stop yelling at my sister" Veda glared before leaving the house.

ARIZONA COLLEGE*

After class,Maddie rush to the rest room. She wanted to go check out if the wound has disappeared,it been there since yesterday and it scaring her. What if she turns into a vampire too.

"s**t" Have applied all the scar cleaners,why Isn't it clearing. She complain worriedly.

Is she supposed to wear turtle neck forever.

She apply a several cream on it,it was drying off but the scar didn't show sign of leaving.

" I will just cut this skin" She frown. She arrange her shirt,making sure the scar is covered before leaving the toilet,but who would have thought he be waiting outside for her.

"JESUS!!!" Maddie jumped in fright. She turn to run away but he was fast to hold her back,his hand gripping tight on her wrist.

Waking up at his apartment,the only thing he remembered was biting someone,her scent filled his nostril till it led him here.

" Please don't kill me,i beg you" She cried shaking in fear.

"Stand still!" He glared.

"Yes..yes sir" She nodded,but her body still shook.

He took his hands to her neck,shifting the cloth from the place he remember biting her,she shiver when his hands touch her skin,he rub that spot in a smooth pace sending a weird sensation to her body.

"Please..."

" I marked you" He said.

" Huh?" Her eyes grew wide.

She must have watched movies of vampires marking their mate but she's not his..she can never be his mate,why the hell did he mark her?!

D'Arcy step away from her.

"Having another mate simply means i have no bound with Evanora, but why not Canossa? Why this fragile human "

He balled his fist glaring at her.

"What..you said..it a lie right?" She squinted.

" Yes" He snapped and with that he walk away.

"Cool..thank goodness" She sigh in relief.

"Please go and never return" She prayed silently.

LAZARUS MANSION*

The smell of hot Jollof spaghetti filled Tasha's nose,her eyes open drowsily.

She sat up,sleep was still in her face but that smell was so powerful,her stomach screamed for a taste.

Besides the bed side table was the mouth watering breakfast,a jollof spaghetti,fried chicken wings and a glass of milk.

Tasha gulp licking her lips.

One minute she was staring,the next she was hungrily devouring the food.

She ate to her satisfaction making sure she didn't leave any remainder,her oil stained mouth gave her a funny look.

" Arh,Zara really know what i craved" She rub her stomach in satisfaction.

But realization soon drawn on her that she wasn't in her room. She remember passing out at the restaurant park.

She stare around the room,this room isn't in their mansion,neither is it Gianna's,so where the hell is she?

She hurriedly got up,rushing to the door.

"Where do you want me to bury you,you have two minutes to decide or i will pick a choice of mine" Lazarus said to Hunter who was on his knees.

"Please spare my life,majesty" Hunter pleaded.

" Spare you? Why should i spare someone who almost killed my mate?" Lazarus growl.

" I..i..thought it was a way to calm the temperature..."

" She was fuckin cold!" How can you think she will get better using a cold water,do you even have brains!" Lazarus scold.

Hunter hit his head on the wall.

"I deserve to die,please kill me with no mercy" He said hitting his head hard that blood came out.

"That a nice punishment for now" Lazarus said,he stood up and wanted to take the stairs when Tasha came down.

Their eyes lock,while Tasha stare in shock,Zarus stare nervously.

"You?" She pointed after several minutes of awkward silent.

" What about me?" He ask.

"I mean..where you the one who saved me?" She stare.

" Maybe" He simply say.

"Why?" She ask again.

"What do you mean why,you are my mate and you have a mission to fall in love with me" He shrugged.

" Is that true" His subconscience ask.

`" Or you were just worried about her" It added.

He shook his head.

Never,why should he be worried..because of some human mate,bushit.

Tasha nodded.

" I thought as much" She mumbled.

"Thanks. I will...hey what in heaven name are you doing.!" She scream on seeing Hunter state.

"You are a mess,go freshen up i will take you home" Lazarus said.

"What he doing?" She pointed.

" You heard me!" He snapped making her flinched,she immediately ran back.

He could feel some sort of pain in his heart.

Why is he suddenly having these strange feelings.
