"What did you just say, Lorenzo?" I asked nervously, knitting my hands together. I could not believe what I had just heard, it completely seemed as though I was not hearing him right.
But he repeated it. He had a stoic expression, "The boss has called to cancel through Marco, Miss." he said.
That was when I had a truly shocked expression on my face. "What? Why? Did he say why he had to cancel? Why would he just do that without any reason?" I asked Lorenzo with a curious and almost pissed tone.
