Six months had gone and passed. I was now heavily pregnant and ready to give birth to these little demons that have been kicking me for the last few months. Maybe it was because the moon here was a figment of reality, but I could feel myself weaken with each passing day. I was starting to feel like a normal shifter, and if not that, maybe a human. Opening jars of food or newly capped bottles have been difficult and I’m glad that Aodin has been around to help me. Once a month, Aodin would leave me for a few days to gather the supplies we would need for the next month. He’s due to return today and each time he returns, I wait on the porch with a book in hand as I wait for that door across the field to open with a bright and smiling Aodin. I know being here with me must have bothered him
