Zahruk’s voice rang through my head as he announced the threat that was breaking into our territory. Eirina’s face turned white with shock as she sat there stunned. I turned my head to look at Steph who seemed calm and collected even after hearing a message that would shock the pack in its entirety. But then again, it is Steph. She placed her palm under her chin, pushing on it until a loud crack could be heard. Her eyes landed on me and then quickly shifted towards Eirina as if telling me to comfort her.
