Chapter 5:The reveal

“My husband is impotent??” Crystal said as she held her phone to herself being wrecked by the realization of the fact
Suddenly all her questions were being answered, thoughts were rushing in and she was getting overwhelmed by them. The only thing she could not understand was why he got married to her if he could not reproduce or have s*x why then did he get married.

One week later, on a cold evening while in her room she looked out of her window and saw Dominic entering his car to leave the house. Her immediate instinct was to follow him. She quickly ran downstairs and met Fredrick, the guard who walked her down the aisle on the day of the wedding
“I need you to drive me” she said
“Where Miss sinclair” He replied with stoicism
“I need to follow Dominic” she said just above a whisper
“Ma’am, follow boss?” he asked as his demeanor shifted in concern
“Yes, and you cant tell me no” Crystal said with authority in her tone
“Alright ma’am” He immediately led her to the garage where he opened the passanger door of a black car for Crystal after which he entered the driver’s seat and began to tail Dominic who had not gone so far.
They tailed him in silence with their car 3 cars behind his at all times. Dominic finally parked, got down from his car and began walking. Crystal was not going to give up
“Ma’am if you intend to follow him I have to go park this car elsewhere so he does not see it when he’s returning. I’d be parked by the cafe shop down the street” Frederick said proactively
“Alright,” she told Frederick and after Dominic had walked quite the distance she got down from the car and began to follow him
He made a turn into a lonely aisle and she followed him and took the turn but didnt see him there anymore but she noticed a building with a window that was left ajar so she decided to inspect. She went around to the door of the house and knocked
She got no response so she knocked again, she still got no response but this time heard some noise and a loud clatter. She was scared and taken aback, she had to open the door now or she would miss whatever it was.
With all the force she could muster she pushed the door open and screamed at the sight of horror she saw, it was a dead body of a man on the floor covered in a pool of blood. She immediately covered her mouth with her own hand. She frooze for a moment
“Hello” She said with a shaky voice as she walked slowly into the house
“is anyone here”
Crystal carelfully entered the house, her heart pounding in her chest, her eyes scanning the dimly lit room for any signs of life. The air felt heavy, and she couldn't shake the feeling of fear that tingled over her.
As she moved deeper into the house, she stumbled upon a room that seemed to be a CCTV control room. Rows of monitors lined the walls, displaying footage from various cameras positioned around the house. Crystal'scouldnt help herself, she wanted to know more, so she approached the control panel to get a closer look.
With trembling hands, she began to navigate through the footage, her eyes widening in shock as she pieced together the events of the past few days. She watched as Dominic entered the building through the window, confirming her suspicions. But what she saw next sent shivers down her spine.
“What the f**k” She whispered
There, on the screen, she witnessed Dominic entering the house dressed in an all black fit that strongly resembled the one the strange man had on when she was rescued from Sean. It didn’t make any sense but at the same time it did.
Her mind raced with questions as she replayed the footage in her mind. Why was Dominic coming to this place in the middle of the night? What was he hiding from her? Why was he dressed in an all black outfit? Was he the one who came to her rescue And most importantly, who was the man lying lifeless on the floor?
Filled with a sense of confusion and determination, Crystal knew she had to confront Dominic and demand answers. But first, she needed to get out of the house and back to safety. With urgency, she quickly made her way back to Frederick's car, her thoughts consumed by the mystery that lay before her.
"Let's go," she said to Frederick as she climbed into the passenger seat. "We need to get out of here."
Frederick nodded silently, his expression reflecting the gravity of the situation. Without another word, he started the car and drove them away from the scene, leaving behind the dark secrets hidden within the walls of the abandoned house.

Crystal arrived at the house and saw Dominic’s car parked, he had come back before her. She made up her mind to go straight to his master bedroom later that day to confront him and get answers to the questions that were going to make a mess of her mental facaulty. But first she had to take a shower and wash off the strange sense of fear that gripped her at the house.
She opened the door to her room with a sigh and locked it behind her. She turned around to and screamed in shock. It was Dominic, sitting righ
