ERIN’S POV
Aria snarled at me, she had always been the feisty one since day one, and I was glad to see she had not lost her spark.
She swallowed hard at what I said, I didn't mean it to come out as strong and s****l as it did, but staring into her eyes gave me some sort of desire to say more.
"He was mourning and you and I know that," she tried to defend Alex, I rolled my eyes. "He lost his mate, well, not lost, I am still alive, I mean, he rejected, I mean, ….." she stuttered, I chuckled, I didn't mean to find delight in her inconvenience, but it was hard not to. "You know what I mean Erin," she concluded and I folded my arms around my stomach.
