ARIA's POV
I woke up to the fresh smell of brown coffee and overnight s*x. I love both.
“Good morning, sleeping head,” Alex greeted me, he was wearing shorts, with no shirt, his body was sweaty and his hair messy. He looked so good and he gleamed at me.
"Who works out after having s*x all night," I teased, and he lowered and placed a kiss on my cheeks. He was so perfect.
"I was just getting ready for another round of steamy s*x,"
I let out a hearty laugh, "Maybe not with me. I would die if I had s*x again, literally,"
"That was what you said last night and we ended up going multiple rounds after that," he teased, and I smiled.
He sat down on the bed and pulled me to him, my head falling upon his chest. That was perfect, he was perfect. Everything about today is perfect.
"What are we going to be doing today?" he asked and that was when reality struck me. Last night, I left Jasmine to come here and have s*x with Alex. s**t. She must have told my parents.
"I need to go back home," I responded, and Alex's face was still unreadable but I saw a hint of displeasure in his countenance.
"Why, I was thinking we could stay some few days here and, after that, return to the pack so you can assume the role of the Luna."
Luna!
For some reason, that word still haunts me. When I first saw Erin she had crumbled my word with that word.
I breathed out, I placed my palm in his hands. "Alex, I can't just leave home without a word to my parents, I was supposed to be betrothed to a warlock today,"
His eyebrows furrowed, and he scowled at me. "Don't tell me you are still considering that, after all that happened last night,"
"Of course not, but I have to go home and explain to my parents that this is what I want, to be yours."
He pulled me in, and placed a soft kiss on my lips, "To be my Luna," he whispered, and I cringed. I did hate the word Luna. I cuss Erin for that.
I shouldn't be thinking of Erin.
"I would have to go if I want to catch the last train to witches' territory."
"I am not letting you go on your own, Aria, I am going with you. "
I arched my eyebrows, "What?"
"Yes, I am, and I also to formally ask your parents for your hands,"
Talk about a recipe for disaster.
"Alex, my parents won't be pleased to see you, especially with what happened last time," I tried to explain and he stood up abruptly.
"I am not letting you go there on your own, Aria. I would be damned if I lost you again, after losing you once. I am going there with you and leaving there with you as my Luna, that is final," there was this sternness in his voice that spoke volumes more than his words. I knew better than to protest.
"Okay," I muttered.
I stood up and was about to work toward the window when he pulled me to him and covered my mouth with a kiss. His mouth tasted like apples and sweat. Weirdly, it was sweet. His hands pushed down and began to fondle my breasts underneath the blouse I was just wearing, my n*****s were already getting hard.
I moaned, "Alex,"
He lifted me from underneath my buttocks and I laughed. "Let's get your sexy ass into the shower,"
"You think my ass is sexy?"
"They are lovely."
I giggled as we made our way into the shower.

We were just a few minutes away from witches' territory and I was sweating profusely, my hands clasping against one another as the cab grew closer to the Julius mansion. I glanced at Alex's face and he didn't have an iota of worry on.
Probably because he didn't know my dad, or maybe because he was Alpha and used to getting his way, but this was the witch's territory and my father was a ruthless renowned warlock. He wouldn't take this sitting down.
"Everything is going to be okay," he whispered to my ear as we approached the unforgiving gates of the Julius Mansion. His voice is ever so reassuring.
"No, it won't," I replied as we walked into the mansion, my hands intertwined with his.
I could see my sister standing at the entrance of the house, her hands tucked in her coat, scowling at me.
"You dare come here with him, have you no sense at all," she spoke out as soon as we approached her.
"Nice to see you to sister,"
"Oh please, " she scoffed.
"Daddy is already mad at you, because you were supposed to return home yesterday and prepare for your ceremony today and here you are with the same man that had a luna and wanted to make you his s*x slave, have you no sense at all,"
" I didn't want to make her my s*x slave," Alex defended and Jasmine glared at him.
"oh really, if you have any iota of decency in you, you wouldn't come here with him Aria, or do you think because you f****d him last night things are suddenly different, "
"Jasmine can you just shut up for once," I yelled at her and she glared at me stunned, this was the first time I was ever yelling at her in that manner. "I don't care what you think, I am here to…."
"You do not ever think and that is the problem," I heard a voice coming from behind Jasmine and I glanced at my father walking towards me and my mother by his side as usual.
"Dad," I muttered, there was one thing about my relationship with my father, no matter how strained it was, I had always wanted to please him, or at least get him to stop comparing me with Jasmine. But no matter how hard I tried, I was never good enough to him and that constantly broke my heart.
"Good day Warlock Julius," Alex greeted him and my father scowled at him.
"What form of insolence is this, Aria? How dare you bring this man into my house,"
"Dad, I need you to hear me out,"
"Shut up Aria, you hear me out, I'd put up with your childish behavior for years when you were mated to this man here. I told you not to go, but you went there and came back crying, and now here you are, with this same man when you are supposed to be betrothed today," my Father spoke in a harsh tone as he moved closer to me, I could see the broad grin on Jasmine's face, she had always loved it when my father scolded me.
"Dad, things had changed, he had a mate then, but he no longer had one," I tried to explain. But he interrupted me again.
"Aria, a dog will always be a dog. I taught you better than this, this is what all these Alpha do, sleep with women and claim it is the f*****g moon goddess, are you that foolish?" he asked, and I lowered my gaze. I had nothing to say at that point.
"Sir, with all due respect, I know you have all the right to think all you want to but I love Aria and whatever happened in the past is in the past, there is no other woman apart from her," Alex defended me, and for the first time in my life, I saw someone who stood up for me against my father, for a weird reason that made me smiled.
"I know men like you," my father replied, moving an inch closer to us. We still stood close to the door. "Aria might not see it but you are going to leave her soon and cause her immense pain."
"I would do no such thing, sir," Alex retorted.
"I have had enough of this drama, Aria, you are getting married today, so say goodbye to that man," my father declared
There was a silence that fell upon us as all eyes fell on me, I was sure they all wanted to hear my response.
"No," I replied weakly.
My father's brows furrowed and he glared at me in disbelief.
"What did you just say?" my father asked, this time his voice was stern and hoarse. I could feel Alex's hands gently caressing mine, he was trying to show his support.
"I said no, I am not going to marry anyone else, except Alex. He is my mate and I am going to be his Luna," I spoke in a more assertive tone.
"Very well then, I, Warlock Julius, hereby disown you as my daughter and banish you from the witches' territory. "
I feel a heavy pang in my chest. My father just disowned me.
