When Rupert said they couldn't find the prisoner in the dungeon, I half expected that he was kidding. I guess the other half of me always knew there was a possibility of that happening. Ian might be a little incompetent with the way he handles certain things, but he is reliable most of the time. Not that I blame him for wanting to be with his mate, but I need him by my side right now. Jason, on the one hand, was always too busy with his mate these days. Maybe I should seriously consider choosing a more efficient beta in his place. He was supposed to stay stuck with me now, but when I need him, he is mostly nowhere to be seen.
