As Layla continues to have nights with strange unsettling dreams she decides to talk to her online friend about how she has been having trouble sleeping from the strange dreams she has been having. As Layla logs on to talk to Mathis she anxiously awaits to see if he is online and awake she can not wait to talk to him and hopes that he will be awake as well as it is about 5 in the morning where she is from and 7 in the morning where he is from on a Saturday morning and normally they both enjoy sleeping in. Layla has always been more or a night person then she has a morning girl. Since she has been having strange dreams though she happens to be awake. The computer chimes to life and Layla quickly logs in to her excitement Mathis happens to be on as well. Layla quickly sends Mathis a message asking him if he could not sleep as well. Mathis reply’s with no that he been having dreams he does not understand. Layla replies with a gasp and explains that she two has been having dreams for a while now that have not allowed her to sleep well. Could put dreams maybe be connected she asked. She goes on to also explain that they have been happening since they met and that she has felt this strange pull towards him. Mathis replies with he is not sure if they are related or not and he to has felt a pull towards her. After some more chatting they decided that after her 18th birthday they should meet up in person. Layla tells Mathis that her friends are planning this huge extravagant birthday party with masks and everything and that if he would like and could find a way to get to where she lives that he is more then welcome to come and join her party and they can talk after. Mathis says that would be way cool and he will book a flight and a hotel room right now as his family also is pretty wealthy. Exited about finally getting to meet Mathis in person Layla calls up her best friend to tell her the good news. Layla calls Annette’s phone and squeals in the receiver as Annette answers the phone. What is going on Annette asks. Mathis is finally going to come and meet me here on my 18th birthday and after the party we are going to talk. Eeek that is so very exciting Annette replies. Are you going to wear something extra special so we need to go shopping? Wait what is he going to wear do you know and do you know what he actually looks like in real life? Is he handsome? Does he have a nice face? Do you think that he might be the one you end up dating and getting married to? Whoa whoa whoa slow down there Annette! Yes we have seen each other through video chat before and we both instantly felt a pull to one another another but I could not tell you if that means we are destined for each other we will just have to wait and see. Well at least let me take you shopping so that we can find you the perfect outfit for your birthday ball and the perfect jewelry and figure out the perfect hairstyle to wear. Annette you know I don’t like to get all dolled up and wear jewelry and fancy things and you know I don’t really like to wear make up or anything either. I know but you only turn 18 once and you only get one chance to meet a person once for the first time. Alright I suppose that we can go shopping just this once I mean what harm can it do? But can I at least try to get a little bit of rest before we do since you know I have not been sleeping well? Ok girl you go try and get some rest but meet me at the mall at 3 ok? Alright 3 it is then take care girl. Mathis I am so excited to meet you my best friend is taking me to the mall to shop for the perfect outfit for my masked ball birthday celebration later today maybe I can let you know what we find and maybe we can try to match? Sure thing Layla looking forward to it myself. I am going to try and get some rest talk to you some other time? Of course Mathis I am going to get some rest myself before I go to the mall or at least try to thanks bye. Layla soon finds herself in a dream like state in this dream she dreams that herself and Mathis meet up for the first time they are attracted to one another and soon find themselves alone with Layla’s back against a brick wall they begin to kiss. Soon after kissing Mathis moves to Layla’s neck you smell so good that pull I can not help myself. All of a sudden Mathis has two sharp teeth and he is sinking them into Layla’s neck your mine he says. Layla wakes up all’s covered in sweat what the heck? That was not the kind of dream I was hoping to have. Looking at her clock Layla notices the time and rushes to get ready to go to the mall. At the mall Layla and Annette browse lots of stores but they can not seem to find the right dress for Layla. They found Annette a beautiful blue dress with blue heels to go with. Layla and Annette are about to give up and head home when Layla sees the dress she wants to wear. That is so gorgeous Layla go try it on. This was a simple but beautiful white dress that hugged Layla’s figure with a bit of a lace trim and went down just to her ankle. I love it and it fits me perfect oh and look they have this beautiful white feathered and shiny mask to go with it perfect for my party almost like they was made for me. Annette and Layla head home from the mall. Annette stayed for dinner at Laylas as her parents had already planned to have her since they knew it would be late when the girls go back. They had a beautiful salmon dinner with a vinaigrette dressing a side of cauliflower rice and asparagus. After dinner Annette went home as Layla went up to her room. Layla messaged Mathis and tells him what she got and also tells him about her unsettling dream. Mathis says that sounds like a beautiful dress and then tells her that he had a similar dream only Layla was the vampire and she bit him. That is strange I wonder why we both had similar dreams. Luckily the dress was different in the dreams however. Yes that is lucky Mathis replied and agreed it is weird they both had the same dream. Well I best head off and try to get some rest Layla said because I have a lot of homework I need to work on tomorrow. Alright you take care and try to have a good dream good night. Layla drifted into sleep this time the dream started off nice. Layla and Mathis was dancing together swaying round and round it was as if they was light and air, then they was in the air dancing as the night sky twinkled above them and reflected off the water below them. All of a sudden Layla looks and she is covered in blood with Mathis no where in sight. Layla wakes up screaming her mother rushes into her room to find out what is going on. Was it another one of your dreams? Layla still crying lays her head in her mothers arms yes. It started out as a nice dream but ended up in an unsettling way. It’s alright dear it was just a dream don’t worry try to get some more rest I will lay here by you. The rest of the night Layla tossed and turned unable to settle down to have a good night sleep. When she woke in the morning her mother was perched on her chair with a blanket frappes across her and was asleep she must have watched over me all night Layla thought. Layla crept downstairs to make some breakfast for herself and her mother. After breakfast Layla went up to do her homework but was unable to Concentrate she just kept thinking about that nightmare. Only a week left till my birthday hopefully then these dreams will stop.
