As the coach rattles through the late night streets, I'm of a mind to pay Garrett Halfmoon a visit. Surely the bargain was made in good faith, and he would have convinced his niece to honor its terms. Although now it's a moot point, but had I known the truth, I would have been more honest in my dealings with Luna Moonsdowne from the beginning.
I would have at least ensured she understood and agreed with the role I had assumed in her sister’s life. Instead, I honored Garrett's request to keep the arrangement between the gentlemen. I assume Luna Moonsdowne do not approve of the plan and would tell Gina, which would have nullified the pact.
