I slowly come around and groan. My head feels like a bass drum. I have no clue what’s going on all I l know is that my head is throbbing. The last thing I remember was retaking my med then…nothing.
I look around the room. It's all white and smells funny. I begin to panic.The monitor is buzzing and I’m in the middle of a panic attack.
The door flies open and nurses and a doctor charge in and try and stabilise me. When I realise I’m in hospital my vitals slow down until my heart and pulse finally go back to normal. “You had all of us worried for a moment there Sergeant Hollingway.”
“What happened?”
“You were rushed in seven hours ago Sergeant Hollingway. You had passed out due to you overdosing on your medication. You scared a lot of people Sergeant Hollingway.”
