Sephi went about her day at the hospice center. She was excited for Roxy and Reginald to have a chance to spend the day and night together without interruption. Sephi knew her friends needed that time and was happy to do whatever was necessary for them to have it. She had saved Ava as her last resident of the round. Before she started, Sephi had peeked into the room and found the little girl and her mother in a deep, peaceful sleep. She had decided to let them sleep, understanding that they both desperately needed the rest. As Sephi approached Ava’s room, she saw her door was open as usual.
