Mixed emotions filled Sephi as she parked beside Dee’s SUV in the hospital parking garage. She was sad at the passing of Cora at the hospice center yet filled with joy, knowing that she would be happy and reunited with her brother. Sephi had instructed for Cora to be quickly sorted and taken to her brother, who would be waiting with open arms for her. The largest part of her unsettled emotions was because of Reginald. His injuries were catastrophic. Watching Roxy, Thea, and Chris try to cope with the situation was soul-crushing. This was one of the few times when she wanted to run to the fates and beg them to change the virtually inevitable outcome. She wanted Reginald to live and knew it would almost certainly not happen.
