Lunch was finished, and the conversation had dwindled to nothing as the group sat in Dee's office. Dee and Sephi would soon be in Ava's room, explaining to her little brother, Jake, what death was and that his sister would soon die. It was taking a toll on all of them. Dee looked at the clock over his door and sighed, “Kids, you are welcome to stay here while we speak with Ava's brother. She might want to visit with you again or play a game when we are finished.”
