The dinner at Dee and Sephi’s had gone until late into the evening. Roxy and Reginald had been sent home with multiple plates of leftovers to enjoy. Zach, Melanie, and Darius were cleaning up as Thea rested with Dee and Sephi. Thea had begun to feel tired, and the others had unanimously decided that she was to rest until it was time for Zach and her to leave.
“Thea, how are you feeling dear?” Sephi asked as she sat beside her, sipping her drink.
“I feel alright. I’m tired, but that’s all,” Thea said with a smile as she watched Zach work.
“That’s good, but if you feel unwell, tell us. We will take you straight to the hospital or call for an ambulance,” Dee told her.
“Thank you. I promise I am fine. I just need a good night's sleep,” Thea assured them.
