Three days had passed without any sign of Devandra at the office. No calm footsteps echoing in the hallway, no familiar voice greeting with that subtle smile, no bitter black coffee placed neatly on his desk at exactly eight a.m. And the thing Vania noticed most— there were no more of those eyes.
