Caleb did not think he would be able to sleep until he found Vanessa, however, only a few minutes after the flight back to New York took off, he drifted off. After he had left the other realm and was back in modern day England, he spent hours trying to wrangle a last minute flight back to the U.S. Caleb had never had to deal with commercial airlines before as he always had access to a private plane through the Council. He had to use his abilities to influence more than a few people to finally get on a Red Eye flight back to New York.
