After his talk with the fairy, Caleb headed back to his hotel room to rest and prepare. He had no idea what laid ahead, but he could only imagine it would not be easy and he would not get much rest. Not that he needed much as an Immortal, but he couldn’t keep going on like this forever.
Since he had no idea what to expect he really couldn’t make a plan, Caleb decided to just focus on preparing his weapons. He had used an illusion on one of his suitcases to be able to smuggle his collection of knives, daggers, and swords onto the plane. He now selected the ones he wanted to take with him and made sure they were sharp and ready. He then set them out on the desk for later.
After a quick shower, Caleb laid down on the bed in an attempt to get a couple hours of sleep before he had to go meet
