"Girl, he ain't worth your time." He said, using that girly voice that always made me laugh. As much as i was mad at him, it made me crack a smile and from the corner of my eye, i saw him look hopeful.
"I know but after you d***s did that to me last night, i called him for comfort and we have a date." I said, secretly smiling.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you Calla!" He yelled, slouching forward and frowning. I shrugged but didn't glance at him. "So where are you guys going?" He asked after regaining composture.
"I'm not sure." I mumbled, stuffing my hands into my hoodie pockets. I stopped when i heard my phone ringing and i answered it before putting it to my head.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Calista?" It was Neil and he sounded as though he had just gone for a run. "How long?" He asked.
