Arora

While I'm laying down reading about vampires and in my garden, I hear someone scream, what in the world. Maybe it's just in my head I told myself. Then I heard it again, I stood up looking around but I can't see anyone, the screaming became more like crying, like this person is in pain or trouble. I'm not sure if I should go and check or stay in my garden just to be safe. I made my decision by going, I walk out from my garden and praying to the moon goddess no one jumps at me. I looked at my garden one more time still debating if I should go back in, I decided to help whoever is in need, I know I shouldn't but I need to check to see if this was my brother or a pup that's lost. I followed to where the screams are coming from only to see a boy maybe the same age as Peter sitting next to a tree. I got closer and I see blood, I didn't want to scare him so I made sure I spoke up louder so he can hear me. "Are you alright" I ask. He turned only to be shocked. Who are you? Where did you come from? He asked. "Um I asked you first are you alright" I said again. He shook his head. "Do you need help" I asked him this time. He looked at me and said you didn't answer my question. I looked at him then to the deep cuts on his left leg completely ignoring him, so could help out. I can't tell him who I am my mom will ground me for life. I tried to help him stand until he started screaming again. "You're making it worst" he yelled. I’m sorry i whispered I told him that I need to get the stick out from his leg. We waited for a while until he agreed, I asked him not to move so I can pull it out and wrap his leg when I'm done. And just like that I did. I stayed with him what's seems like forever, I didn't notice he passed out. Blood was oozing out more from his leg, why isn't he healing I told myself. I was panicking because I didn't know if he died or he's just sleeping. More focused on him I hear rustling sounds more like a strong wind just pass me. I turned to see 10 bloodsucking vampires in front of us. Blood shot eyes looking hungry, with their fangs sticking out. Looking at me then to the boy next to me whose bleeding all over place. Well well well look what we have hear the vampire in the middle said. Look at this 2 little humans, just in time you know we were heading out to have our lunch but it seems lunch came to us. we'll have you two instead. No wonder he's not healing, he's a human I told myself. Leave us alone you bloodsucker I told the vampire that was talking. The other vamp jumped in and said " don't you dare talk to our king like that you little s**t". Oh so he's the frickin vampire King, what could get any worse. I held on to the boys hand, in my mind I told myself I was gonna die, we were going to die. They were getting closer so I closed my eyes just waiting for them to claw at me, throw me or even worse feed off of both of us. I'm still waiting but nothing. I looked up and they were just staring at me like I'm some kind of ghost. One vamp came clawing at me but couldn't come to me. Like I was protected by something, I finally see why they couldn't harm me, I have a shield around me and him. I checked to see if my mom was there but no one. What the heck? Mom are you here? But my mother wasn’t around. Am I doing this,, I focused hard to make sure that it was me I tried pushing the shield out more so I can have more room but it didn't work. My hand got out of the shield while I was trying to expand it, the vamp king bit my hand trying to pull me out. Good thing I held onto the tree, I used my strength to bring my hand back in He released my hand, when he got burned from the shield. They were still trying to get in, but the worst pain I've ever felt came, causing me to scream, where the vamp bit on my hand. I curled up holding my hand down feeling the venom slowly going through my body. Just as I was about to pass out, I heard a voice telling me not to give in. I thought I was hallucinating until I heard the voice again but louder saying "ARORA DONT GIVE IN IM HERE NOW, YOU'VE AWAKEN ME" still think I'm going crazy. The pain started going away, I looked around again and no one. She told me again but said I'm speaking to you from your mind. Yup I've gone loco. Oh moon goddess please help me. "Arora you're not crazy, my name is Snow and I'm your lycan. What how can that be? I asked her. You've awaken me when you were in pain, I'm here now and I'm going to get us out. I sighed knowing it's not going to happen. Then what she told me next was unbelievable. I had my gift too not any gifts but all, just like what my mom said. I even have the gift of elements, to freeze time, all my mother's gifts too. Everything was coming at me all to fast I couldn't think straight feeling like i’m about to pass out "Arora" snow called me again. "You need to be strong, I need you to shift right now, since you have the power of healing your shifting won't hurt." But i’m scared snow, I don't know how to shift. Arora just focused on my voice and picture me in lycan form. And Just like that I shifted, I was big more like my father's but bigger, all white fur with red eyes. Why red? I asked snow. She said since you got bit you are also turning into one of them "Holy shit...no no no this can't be happening. I left my house a human only to go back a half lycan, half bloodsucker are you serious snow" I told her. Yes you are a hybrid Arora Collins this is and have always been your destiny to stop wars but now you need to give me control so I can kill these assholes. I gave her control, and she did just that. Killing every vampire before me, like I was watching a movie. My lycan is crazy, she left the Vampire King last only to have me kill him. And I happily did it. I bit onto his neck ripping his head off. When we were done I thanked her for saving me, she also reminded me about the boy. "OMG I totally forgot about him Snow" I told my lycan. I got to him still passed out, I used my healing gift to heal his wounds. Snow also told me and showed me how to teleport, which is what we needed to do. I didn't want anyone to see me, I picked him up and asked snow where do I go. All she said he smell royalty and that was my cue, he lives in the palace. I teleported to the palace but in a room, how did I get here in this room. I looked around seeing that this room belongs to a boy, hmm this must be his room how did I even know where his room is I told myself. I put him on his bed and sat there looking at him. "Snow do you think he's going to be okay" of course Arora he's safe now. Busy looking at him I've noticed a bright light glowing, I checked all over but it was coming from my hand where I got bit. I looked at the boy one more time before I teleported back to where snow killed those bloodsuckers.

"Snow the bite the vampire King did turned into a tattoo" I asked her. She couldn't answer me she sounded so weak. Only thing came out from her was "Go home".
