I was busy checking and arranging his appointment for the day when I was done I decided to arrange the necessary files for the meeting tomorrow I want everything to be ready by tomorrow few minutes after I was done arranging everything the office phone rang

Lisa come to my office immediately

I went to my boss office

when I entered an he asked me to sit I was surprised because it has never happened before I have never been asked to sit down in his office
